All these clock/watch items have the same clock/watch insert which were donated by a member of the club. Members we asked to take one home and produce something that could be sold in aid of a local Childrens Charity

Where the bear came from I don't know, it wasn't until now I noticed he was in the picture, he obviously has the right clothes on, he appeared by magic!

Lessons learnt on prices, what sells - what doesn't, quality, quantity, economic climate, weather, people will only ask for your opinion if you are wearing the right jumper -Sheffield Woodturning Jumper that is :)

Art in the Gardens

Dear All (Who still look at my blogs)

Off to Botanical Gardens tomorrow to try and sell some of my Woodturnings at Art in the Gardens on the Sheffield Woodturners Club Stand . Looking at the weather at the moment it looks like it is going to be a washout (persistently raining). Weather for tomorrow doesn't look any better and there are severe flood warnings all over the country.

Maybe I should have made an Ark instead.

Hopefully will have some pictures of the day to show you.

God Bless

Jem
